Big bad news of NBA (Terry)

Donald Sterling---the owner of Los Angeles Clippers has been investigated by NBA due to his inappropriate and racial comments about African-American to his girlfriend. This is pretty serious and embarresed because what he targeted is a huge  group in his country as well as his own team

There are lots of African-American superstars in LAC like Chris Paul, DeAndre Jordan, Jamal Crawford and even the coach – Doc Rivers, and also countless ones in the league. So what Sterling did really infuriates all the athletes in the league and their fans as well as all the African-Americans in the US. It’s hard to image for all the stars in the league that after gained so much applause, respect, success and fame, they still have to take all the racial insult because their color. So Sterling will definitely have to take the responsibilities for his remarks.

As an Asian, it is still terrifying and disturbing to receive the bad and discriminated treats from racists. They might not notice that what they say or do could easily cause a person’s emotional trauma. It is not only about colors, everybody must have been insulted by different kinds of discriminations. The thing is you cannot get depressed after attacked, but grow stronger to prove that you cannot easily be judged. Thus no matter what, we should not judge somebody simply by his color even the looks or figures.

It is still a challenge for the racial discrimination to be eliminated no matter where in the world, but we still need to be grateful for all the kind and passionate people we could meet in our lives. And also the best wished to all the athletes who work in NBA to maintain a healthy mood and body.
