There are so many types of sports exercises as well, such as the acute exercises and low-intensity exercises, they will aimed at different kinds of group of people, some of them are furious such as the strenuous exercises but some of them are elegant.However, the skating is the one combine the elegant and exercise, it is just a sublimation of the dance and the sports, from my opinion, especially the ice skating because of the background of the frozen ice, that is making the whole much more beatiful than the normal skating.
No matter ice skating or skating, it is a kind of art.It is the combination of music, dance as well as exercise especially the figure skating. It is showing both the sense of hearing and the sense of visual, it is the impact of the visual and auditory to audience.It makes audience feel relax and comfortable, anyway, it is so beatiful exercise.
